Extreme HIIT Upper Body is a high intensity program specifically designed to work your upper body including chest, back, bicep and tricep muscles. Each of the 8 workouts is between 10-12 minutes long & is made up of two circuits and a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) portion. If you are beginner, the HIIT portion is optional, so this workout is appropriate for all fitness levels! *Dumbbells are required for some exercises
