Extreme HIIT Legs is a high intensity program specifically designed to work your leg muscles. Each of the 4 workouts is between 10-12 minutes long & is made up of two circuits and a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) portion. If you are beginner, the HIIT portion is optional, so this workout is appropriate for all fitness levels!
