It is my pleasure to recommend my personal trainer, Lisa. She has been my trainer for most of the last 11 years. She is amazing at always coming up with different exercises for me to do to compensate for my age related aches and pains.  Lisa knows that I do not enjoy exercise, yet she has this knack of distracting me during the workout so it is over before I even realize it.  I was recently able to do a 30 day Plank Challenge with my best time of 4 minutes and 30 seconds, which is not bad for a 68 year old!   I am convinced you will enjoy having Lisa for your trainer as much as I have enjoyed having her as mine.
